Enterprise & Multi-Org
Two ways to go big: scale one brand past standard volume, or run programs across many brands, locations, and client accounts.
Scaling up
Enterprise Plan
One brand, big volume. For teams past the Operator Plan: high referral volume, bigger member counts, and procurement that needs real paperwork.
Custom quote based on volume.
- 100,000+ member limits with volume discounts
- Custom reporting and data reviews
- Bulk recruiter seats for field teams
- SLAs & enterprise security reviews
- Custom contracts when standard terms won't do
Scaling out
Multi-Org Plan
Many brands, one roof. For franchises, resellers, agencies, and multi-location brands running separate programs under one account.
Custom terms in your contract.
- 3 partitioned programs included
- Program-level user roles keep each org's data separate
- Move between accounts without separate logins
- Volume program discounts
- Ongoing onboarding sessions & training materials for your teams
Both plans include
- Dedicated program advisor
- Unlimited audit logging
- Invoice & bank transfer billing
- Ongoing onboarding & training
- Priority support
- Data exports for reporting
How pricing works at this size
Enterprise pricing starts from the $25k yearly minimum and scales with member volume, referral activity, and the programs and seats your teams need. You get a quote built from those numbers rather than a rate card, and volume discounts apply as counts grow.
Multi-Org pricing starts at $1,000 a month for three partitioned programs and grows program by program from there. Each brand, location, or client runs its own program with its own data, and user roles are scoped so teams only see what belongs to them.
Procurement is part of the job at this size, so both plans support invoicing and bank transfer, security questionnaires, SLAs, and a custom contract where our standard agreement doesn't fit. A dedicated program advisor runs onboarding and stays on the account after launch.
