What is a member?
Members are unique email addresses that join programs.
What is a referral?
A referral is when a member shares your program and someone takes action, such as signing up, making a purchase, or completing a form.
What are base members?
The 10,000 base members cover everyone you bring in yourself: manual imports, CSV uploads, and one-off additions. Rolling members from connected sources never draw from them.
What are rolling members?
Rolling members are the up to 1,000 members you can add for free each month through a connected source, like your checkout, forms, or email tools. The allowance resets monthly, doesn't roll over, and never draws from your 10,000 base members. It also stays the same at every plan size and never shrinks as you grow.
Do disabled members count against my limits?
No. Members whose email addresses are no longer active are automatically disabled, and disabled members never count against your member limits. Your base stays full of people who can actually refer.
Are referrals really unlimited?
Yes. There are no referral caps or overage fees on the Operator Plan. The price stays $250 a month at any referral volume.
Do I need my own email tool or website?
No. Referral Rock sends the invites, reminders, and reward emails, and hosts the member portal and landing pages. You can connect the tools you already run, but nothing else is required.
What does the account manager help with?
They design the program with you: reward structure, the messaging your members see, and the integration setup. After launch they keep reviewing performance with you. No handoff to a ticket queue.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. The dedicated account manager and their team are included with every plan.
Which integrations are included?
Simple integrations come with the Operator Plan: email tools, billing systems, and e-commerce platforms that connect with simple field mapping. For anything more advanced, your account manager helps you scope the setup.
What rewards can I offer?
Coupons, pay-as-you-go gift cards, or custom rewards you fulfill yourself.
Is Referral Rock only for tech companies?
No. It works for any business that wants steady referrals, not just tech. Home services, professional services, e-commerce, financial services, healthcare, and real estate all run programs on the Operator Plan, and your account manager tailors the setup to how your business works.
What if I have multiple brands, locations, or franchises?
