What is a Program Recruiter?
A Program Recruiter is a team member (like a sales rep, account manager, or service tech) who can sign customers up for your referral program directly. They get their own simple portal where they can add members, share their signup link, and see the members they’ve recruited.
How much does this cost?
Program Recruiters are available on all Referral Rock plans. Right now, your first 10 recruiters are free for 1 year. After that, contact our team for pricing on additional recruiters.
Why would I use Program Recruiters?

How do recruiters add members?
From their recruiter portal, they can share a personal link via text, email or apps like WhatsApp, show a QR code for customers to scan in person, or manually enter someone’s information to add them on the spot. Whatever works best for the situation.
Can recruiters see how their members are doing?
Yes. Recruiters can see all the members assigned to them on their recruiter portal, when they were last active, how many referrals they’ve sent, and what rewards they’ve earned. They can also view each member’s full portal to help answer questions or walk them through how to share.
What happens when a recruiter leaves our company?
You can reassign their members to a new recruiter so nothing falls through the cracks. The system keeps track of who originally signed them up (for historical records and credit) while letting the new recruiter manage the relationship going forward. You can also turn off the departed recruiter’s access to the portal.
