What is a member?
A member is one unique email address in your program.
What is a referral?
A referral is when a member shares your program and someone takes action, such as signing up, making a purchase, or completing a form.
What are base members?
Base members are the members you add yourself: manual imports, CSV uploads, and one-off additions. The Operator Plan includes 10,000, and you can buy more. Rolling members from automated sources never draw from base members.
What are rolling members?
Rolling members are members that get added from automated sources: web forms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, or the API. You get 1,000 free each month. The allowance resets monthly and doesn't carry over. Rolling members don't count against base members.
Do disabled members count against my limits?
No. When an email address stops working, that member is disabled automatically. Disabled members do not count against any limit.
Are referrals really unlimited?
Yes. There are no referral caps or overage fees on the Operator Plan. The price stays $250 a month at any referral volume.
Do I need my own email tool or website?
No. Referral Rock sends the invites, reminders, and reward emails, and hosts the member portal and landing pages. You can connect the tools you already run, but nothing else is required.
What does the program advisor help with?
Your advisor designs the program with you: the reward structure, the messaging your members see, and the integration setup. After launch, the same advisor keeps reviewing performance with you.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. The dedicated program advisor and their team are included with every plan.
Which integrations are included?
The Operator Plan includes the integrations that connect with field mapping: email tools, billing systems, and e-commerce platforms. Anything more advanced gets scoped with your advisor.
What rewards can I offer?
Coupons, pay-as-you-go gift cards, or custom rewards you fulfill yourself.
Is Referral Rock only for tech companies?
No. Referral Rock works for any business that earns customers through word of mouth. Home services, professional services, e-commerce, financial services, healthcare, and real estate all run on the Operator Plan.
What if I have multiple brands, locations, or franchises?
Multiple brands, locations, and franchises have their own plans. The Enterprise Plan scales one brand past standard volume. The Multi-Org Plan runs a separate program for each brand, location, or client under one account. The Enterprise & Multi-Org pricing page covers both.

Yes. There's a free 14-day trial. You can explore the software and design a program during it.
