How the Wix Integration Works

Add the Referral Rock SDK via Wix's Custom Code tool

In your Wix dashboard, navigate to Marketing & SEO > Marketing Integrations > Custom Code (or Settings > Custom Code). Paste the Referral Rock JavaScript snippet and set it to load on all pages in the Head section. This single step activates referral tracking across your entire Wix site, no Wix Editor changes needed.

Identify the Wix Forms or pages you want to track as conversions

Choose which pages drive your referral conversions, whether a Wix Form on a landing page, a Wix Stores checkout thank-you page, or a booking confirmation page. Referral Rock listens for form submissions on those pages and records them as program conversions.

Referral Rock attributes every submission to the right advocate

When a visitor arrives through a referral link and completes a form on your Wix site, Referral Rock reads the submitted email address and automatically matches the conversion to the advocate who referred them, no manual reconciliation required.

Yes. You can track Wix Stores purchase completions as referral conversions by targeting the checkout thank-you page in your Referral Rock program settings. Referral Rock will attribute confirmed purchases to the advocate who referred the buyer, and rewards can be issued based on the sale amount or a flat rate, whichever your program uses.

The Wix integration uses the Referral Rock JavaScript SDK (Referral.js), which you install manually via Wix's Custom Code tool. There is no OAuth app or Wix App Market listing to install. You paste the snippet into your Wix dashboard once, and it runs on every page of your site automatically.

Yes. Wix's Custom Code feature is only available on paid Wix plans. It is not available on the free Wix tier. Any paid Wix hosting plan (Connect Domain and above) unlocks Custom Code access, which is required to install the Referral Rock SDK.
