How the affiliate link generator works

1

Point at your offer

The page affiliate traffic should land on, like a product page, a pricing page, or a signup form.

2

Paste your affiliates

One per line, name or email. Each partner gets their own link with an affiliate tag, plus an optional random code so links are harder to guess.

3

Export for payouts

Copy one link, copy them all, or download a CSV pairing each affiliate with their link for your commission sheet.

What these links cover, and what they don't

Each link appends an affiliate tag to the destination URL. The visitor still lands on the same page, but the address carries who sent them, so your analytics can credit the sale to the right partner. The CSV keeps the affiliate-to-link pairing for when someone questions a commission.

What the links don't do is the money. Clicks, conversions, commission tiers, and payouts stay yours to reconcile by hand, and affiliates can't see their own numbers anywhere. That reconciliation work is why most programs move onto software once they pass a handful of partners.

Frequently asked questions

A tool that builds a unique tracked link for each affiliate, all pointing at the same destination. Because every partner has their own link, you can tell whose traffic produced each sale.

Mechanically they work the same way. The difference is the relationship: affiliates promote for commission on sales, while referral partners are usually existing customers sharing with people they already know.

No. The link records who sent the visitor. Working out what each affiliate earned, and paying it, stays manual unless you run affiliate software.

Yes. The tag defaults to aff, and you can set it to whatever your analytics or affiliate platform expects.

No. The generator runs in your browser and nothing is sent to a server, so copy or download the links before you close the page.
